Then you might be the candidate we are looking for as Quality System Coordinator.

The Research and Quality Competence Centre of Cementir Holding, located at the RQC in Aalborg Portland, is looking for an ambitious Coordinator to ensure high standard for ongoing activities in the laboratory. You will refer to the Group Laboratory Manager and be a part of a well-established and results oriented team of 13 colleagues. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and updating standard operating procedures and quality assurance manuals. Further you will instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures and in calibration system.

You will be responsible for:

• Prepare and follow all activity regarding Accreditation of the Laboratory (EN 17025) included internal and external Audit
• Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors
• Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities
• Document testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria
• Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures
• Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency incl. the yearly management review

Apart form the quality work you will also be involved in the daily operations of the laboratory, and assist with sample registration and handling, and with reporting of results.

We expect that you have:

• A relevant bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Technical writing proficiency
• Excellent written & oral communication, and documentation skills
• Quality System course (ISO 17025, 9001 or similar)
• Professional level of Danish and English both oral and written
• Previous SAP experience
